This page describes the Wijaya Perkasa terms and conditions of service. By accessing the website and using our services, you declare that you have read, understood, agreed and stated that you are subject to these Terms and Conditions of Service.

  1. E-TICKET ORDER

    1. You must choose the fast boat and the departure schedule correctly and make sure you know the location of the port where the fast boat you choose is from.
    2. You must type the passenger name and country correctly. Our fast boat partners will ask you to show your ID Card when you check in.
    3. You must type your personal data completely and correctly as a customer. Personal data that you must enter when you place an order includes Title, Name, Address, Country, Phone / Whatsapp, and E-mail.
    4. You must choose the payment method that we provide, namely bank transfer or PayPal.
    5. If you make a payment by credit card, please select the PayPal payment method. Payment by credit card is fully processed on the PayPal page. To maintain the security and confidentiality of your credit card, we never ask for and never store your credit card data on our website.
    6. If you choose the payment method by bank transfer, you are required to confirm after you make a payment, a maximum of 2 hours after your order was made.
    7. Order is considered successful or completed after you make payment in full and skypenida.com issues and sends you the order confirmation letter and e-ticket.
    8. Order confirmation letter and e-ticket will be sent via email. Therefore you must make sure you enter your email correctly. Sometimes an email from skypenida.com containing an order confirmation letter and e-ticket does not enter the inbox. If this happens, make sure you check your spam folder.
    9. You are required to contact our support team if you do not receive your e-ticket or if you have other technical problems.
  2. USE OF E-TICKETS

    1. You must come and check in to the boat counter at least 30 minutes before departure time.
    2. You have to show your e-ticket when checking in to get a physical ticket from the fast boat.
    3. E-tickets can be printed or simply shown on your smartphone.
    4. The e-ticket cannot be used to board to the boat directly. Therefore, you must exchange it first for a physical ticket at the boat counter.
    5. Funds from the e-ticket are non-refundable if you don’t show up or if you arrive late. However, you can still use the e-ticket for the next departure on the same fast boat if there are still seats available.
    6. In order for your e-ticket not to be forfeited, if there are changes to your travel plans, you must confirm with us by contacting our customer support team. This provision is set out in more detail in the provisions of Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds.
    7. If you have certain problems or difficulties when exchanging your e-ticket, please immediately contact our customer support team for assistance.
  3. SERVICES & PRICES

    1. Our services are limited to fast boat tickets for the Padang Bay – Gili Trawangan – Gili Air – Gili Meno and Lombok Bangsal route.
    2. The services we provide are limited to fast boat tickets without shuttle services. If you need a shuttle service, you can contact our customer support team. Our customer support team will recommend a shuttle service for a separate fee.
    3. Ticket prices that we publish are in Indonesian rupiah (IDR). If you choose to pay by paypal, the price will be converted into USD.
    4. The price displayed is subject to change based on certain circumstances, but the price will not change for the ticket that you have ordered.
    5. We act as agents or intermediaries in charge of facilitating transactions between you and our partners (fast boat parties). The relationship between skypenida.com and our partners is limited to a partnership relationship, in which our partner is NOT a part of skypenida.com.
    6. By ordering tickets and using our services, you are also required to follow the terms and conditions of our partners.
  4. FAST BOAT & DEPARTURE SCHEDULE

    1. We only publish and sell fast boat tickets that have an official partnership with us.
    2. Data and information including photos related to the fast boat that we include on the website are data and information that we receive from the fast boat. We publish this data and information in good faith in accordance with the data and information we receive. Therefore, data, information and photos may differ from the original.
    3. In certain circumstances, the fast boat may change, close, and / or stop the departure schedule or change, close, stop, and / or cancel the departure without prior notification. It is beyond our control. In this situation, we will recommend another fast boat with a price equivalent to your order without any additional fees or your money back.
    4. In certain circumstances, we may terminate cooperation and / or no longer cooperate with certain fast boats. In this situation, we will recommend another fast boat with a price equivalent to your order without any additional fees or your money back.
    5. Recommendations in points 3 and 4 are not mandatory; we do not guarantee that you will always get a service / boat at an equal price. This depends on seat availability. If there is no recommendation from us and / or you reject our recommendation, then you are entitled to get your money back.
  5. CHANGES, CANCELLATION & REFUND

    1. We provide the option of rescheduling at no additional cost (free rescheduling) with the same fast boat, if there are still seats available. For this option, you must send a confirmation to us no later than 1 day before the date of departure.
    2. If you request a change / cancellation of an order, you must contact our customer support team and you must be willing to provide information such as your Booking ID, email, and proof of your payment.
    3. For each order cancellation that you make, we will arrange a refund with the following conditions:
      1. 100% refund for cancellations made up to 3 days before the date of departure.
      2. 75% refund for cancellations made 2 days before the date of departure.
      3. 50% refund for cancellations made 1 day before the date of departure.
      4. There will be no refunds for no-shows, late arrivals and / or cancellations made on the day of departure.
      5. We make a refund according to the payment method you chose when placing an order. If you choose bank transfer when placing your order, this means we will also make refunds with bank transfers. If payment is made by credit card / paypal, we will do a refund via paypal.
    4. In addition to the terms of refund as set out above, you are also entitled to a full refund, in case of the following things and / or circumstances:
      1. The boat does not operate due to technical problems, under maintenance, bad weather, natural disasters, pandemic, endemic, and / or various other reasons that cause the boat to not operate.
      2. Although there is very little chance of overbooking or other system errors that cause overbooking. In this situation, our customer support team will immediately contact and confirm with you. We will recommend another fast boat with a price equivalent to your order without any additional fees or your money back.
      3. We no longer cooperate with the fast boat that you ordered. In this situation, we will recommend another fast boat with a price equivalent to your order without any additional fees or your money back.
      4. Recommendations in points b and c are not mandatory, we do not guarantee that you will always get a service / boat at the same price. This depends on seat availability. If there is no recommendation from us and / or you reject our recommendation, then you are entitled to get your money back.
    5. For every refund we make, you are obliged to bear the transfer fee charged by the bank (for interbank transfers) or the payment gateway (PayPal). This fee is taken from the funds that we will return.
